Borderlands Premier CLub

Hi,

i've bought Borderlands today and Steam says that i get an Upgrade to Premier Club. Now ive installed it and played some time but i got nothing from the premier club. Anyone the same Problem?

Hi cenobita,
I have the retail version and I got a card labeled Borderlands 2 PREMIERE CLUB in my DVD Box. With the key from this card I did STEAM->GAMES->Activate a game with STEAM and insert the code there.

After that I got the golden key and the gearbox gunpack in my inventory.

I hope this helps. If not feel free to ask...

You should get gold Borderlands guns as soon as you start the game. Mine was automatice from the digital steam copy.

tritium is right. You should have the golden guns right from the start. And in the "BAD ASS Screen" (sorry cant remeber the correct name right now) it should show 1 golden key.

Edit: that's pretty cute of steam - to replace the 3 letter word for lower back with hearts...

hmm i've restartet Steam and check the files... he installed 11,6 MB new but i didnt get any of the Premium Club Items.. Maybe the Picture in Top Games is wrong. there stands in German

Unless something has changed, the Premier Club was a pre-order incentive (unless you buy a retail copy with the code). Steam is not offering the Premier Club with the current copies it is selling, so you most likely got a copy without the Premier Club.

Like I had said "unless you buy a retail copy with the code".

There is no Collector's Edition through steam or any digital distributor that I have seen. If the OP purchased it at Sep 22, 2012, like he/she said, then it will not contain the Premier Club.

Can anyone tell me what I have to do to get one as well? I bought the game a couple days ago, but haven't got the premier code. (I thought that was only for people who pre-ordered the game)

The time around the OP stated this was around the time the exploit for free DLC was still available, so it may be that OP did not really get the Premiere Club unlocked. The only way to get the code now would be to search for a seller on eBay or perhaps asking a Gamestop employee if they have a code laying around somewhere. The codes for both the Premiere Club and the Creature Slaughter Dome were printed on the same receipt.
