Loot the World App

FYI!!! This is for the USA ONLY

Head on over to the Loot the World[www.gearboxsoftware.com] and download the app to your iPhone or Android and scan barcodes in real life with a chance to get keys.
The only downside is you're not garentied Keys, but you'll always get "something".
Also, you can only send 3 items a day.

Note to the 255 key limit

You should no longer reset to 0 keys if you exceed 255 keys. Now it will just stay at 255 keys even if you pass it.
~UPDATE~
If you have 253 keys and redeem a code for 3 keys it will show you have 253 keys but you'll actually have 256 keys.

Hmmm...is your account linked to PS4, or Steam? That might be the problem. I think it only matters for your VIP account, and not SHIFT, but I could be wrong. We probably don't even need those 4k anyways to get everything. I have like 12k sitting around now.

The problem now is deciding which ones I want, or which ones are more convenient to get (and for which game, Pre-Sequel or BL2).

I assume the VIP points thing will be ongoing even after the game comes out. They will probably keep adding rewards and give points for BL3 stuff even I would guess. It's connected to our SHIFT accounts so i think it will continue, or even replace SHIFT at some point maybe.

To get ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, and other loot I would bet that they implement that through VIP rather than SHIFT codes, which they will only keep for golden keys. No idea honestly, but I find it hard to believe that they don't plan on using it as a way to keep gamers reading news about their products for the foreseeable future.

Btw, check out the the pre-sequel shift code thread, you can just enter them on the VIP site without having the game installed or having to launch it. There's a few codes active atm.
