How to enable PhysX Effects without an NVidia Graphics Card
So you probably clicked on this link expecting to find a way to get PhysX Effects without a NVidia Graphics Card. Well to bad! Buy a NVidia Graphics Card and stop being cheap.

Nah, im messing with you. So heres the tutorial.

Goto Windows Explorer. Or click the computer icon on your desktop. (For those who dont know what windows explorer is, its the file manager.)

Next, Goto documents and Goto My Games, Borderlands 2, WillowGame, Then Config.

You should now be in a folder filled with configs. Press on the file willowengine.

Press CTRL + F on your keyboard. Copy and Paste the following.

PhysXLevel

You should see something that looks like this. PhysXLevel=0

Change the 0 to 1 (If you want to change it to a higher setting put it up from ranges 1-3, or change it in game, restart in order for it to take effects.) It should now look like this. PhysXLevel=1

To make sure this worked, go ingame Borderlands 2 (or the main menu) Goto options. Video Settings. And scroll down to PhysX Effects. It should say low-high according to what you set.

Go in and play with PhysX! Expect some lag depending on what type of pc you have.

just set it to 1 in the text file, if you want to set it to high get into the game, leaving it at 1, you will be able to change it to high in game. :) i hope this helps.

Since you already necro'd this I will just add here Physx effects can cause problems and lots of FPS drops on newer GPU's.

If you change these settings and suddenly the game is running poorly just revert things back to how they were before.

Easiest way to do that is to make a backup of the WillowEngine.ini before you mess with it.
