Focus on skills that synergize well with Anarchy. Little Big Trouble skill tree sucks.

BFF tree :
Shield buffs, health regen, more useful Death Trap, and can give DT a copy of the shield you are wearing at launch.
OC tree :
Controllable Anarchy, faster stack building

With also point allocation while leveling.
Using it, it's a blast.
Slap a hide of terramorphous on him, and make him sparkle and he can 1 shot things.
Thus, not taking Nth Degree in any OC Anarchy build is a 100% substantial loss in DPS.
I might have points in Myelin instead of interspersed because I use magic missle anyway.
Hide of terramorphous and legendary mechromancer, even if DT dies, he is back in 15 seconds anyway.
The level 50 build from the above link.
5 points in BSS, so each kill takes 5% of your health.
0 points in Cooking Up Trouble so no way to regenerate it again.
Um. OK. I cannot see the logic in this.
Shock and Aargh. Is pretty much only visual pollution and a great way to set off any barrels near you.
Did not look further at the build.
Passive regen is never a bad thing.
The only sensible way to run an Anarchy build is to go full in to Nth Degree 5/5, Close Enough 5/5, Preshrunk Cyberpunk 5/5, then literally any other skills you want.
Throw on a Bee, a Moxxi weapon for the heals (I prefer the Heartbreaker for clearing trash), a Shock Veruc for anything not immune to it, and a Chulain and you are good to go until OP levels.
Of particular note, a Redundant Fibber is highly OP on Gaige. Pair it with a Slayer of Terramorphous that gives +4 to Preshunk Cyberpunk for 600 stacks of Anarchy, and you will shred anything.
