Is there any way/mod to disable the damage number and elemental effects?
By the first, i am sorry if i say something bad (not good english)

I´d like to know if there´s a way to disable the damage number and elemental effects into my screen.
I know it´s a cool thing, i like that a lot, but when you have like 8 enemies shooting you with elemental weapons, and you making lots of hits, it starts to be a little hard to see your enemy.

Thanks.

Yes, but you'd have to replace the "number" texture with a blank texture to make it "disappear".
Other than that, it's not possible.

Gearbox switched to new forums a while back, but the old forums are still available for viewing. You just need to replace "forums" in the URL with "oldforums".

Yeah. I don't know why, but some time later, Gearbox moved the old forums to an "archive", which really broke all of the old links. Even worse, a lot of stuff just doesn't seem to be there (I've tried going through the archive looking for things, and it often told me that a thread, or sometimes a whole page of threads, just wasn't there). I can't imagine why they didn't take better care of all of that information.

Anyway, hopefully the links that kertu71 posted will give you what you're looking for.

Well if you play a Maya with Ruin + Converge + Cloud Kill + Helios, it is entirely impossible to see what's going on due to the insane amount of damage numbers everywhere.
There definitely should be some kind of filter for those numbers, similar like you get for scrolling combat text addons for WoW.
