Bandit is not the worst manufacturer in Borderlands 2. Change my mind.

Statistic wise, in general, the manufacturer's weapons are pretty terrible. Below average stats in every single area other than magazine size. So, as an actual manufacturer, they really are the worst. Granted not all of their guns full on suck, but when your primary selling point is magazine size, and your accuracy, fire rate, damage, AND reload speed all suck? One positive for 4 negatives is not a good tradeoff. I'm referring to, specifically, their guns as a whole. EG non uniques and non legendaries comprise the majority of what you're going to find by them.

Only Bandit pistols and ARs are bad, but the rest are either good or decent.

Compare that to DAHL where ARs and SMGs are flat out worse than pistols. Their sniper rifles are good, but you have to constantly un-scope it so you don't waste ammo which is something no sniper rifle from other manufacturers have to deal with.

Oh, I agree with you mostly. I was speaking purely from an actual statistic standpoint. Bandit really DOES have the worst statistics of any manufacturer in general.

You said Bandit guns have below average stats in every area except mag size, which I don't think is true. Damage is Bandit's second best stat. Shotguns have good damage, RLs have good damage, SMGs, I think has higher base damage than most other SMGs (I could be wrong, I don't use Bandit SMGs a lot)

Reload speed kinda doesn't matter as every vaulthunter has a way to boost reload speed, and that you can kill many enemies before having to reload. You can kill all the enemies in a room, then reload while moving to the next room.

Accuracy on SMGs and RLs are fine. Accuracy on shotguns aren't very good, but they're shotguns, so watchu expect?

I used Bandit guns before, and I honestly prefer them over DAHL and Maliwan.

I think Pangolin is a worse manufacturer than Bandit due to only making turtle shields and mid-to-low tier COMs.

If we're talking strictly gun manufacturers, I think Torgue or Maliwan are both worse than Bandit.

Tediore is way worse in my opinion, save for some legendaries and uniques. Sure it's nice to have your gun slapped into the face off the opponent and explode, but unless you can boost that damage significantly (so unless you play as Axton the Commando) it's damage is lackluster on higher difficulties and eats trough your ammo way faster, they have fast reload speed but that's it.Kind of a chracter exclusive manufacturer....

Bandit has good legendaries (Badboom, Slagga), a good seraph SMG (Rattler), the pearl is usable too. This still doesn't mitigate the blow average stats, but already puts them above Tediore.

Others mentioned Torgue and Maliwan.

So, Torgue has the Dpuh (Double Penetrating Unkempt Harold, needs no introduction good on virtualy all characters), the Hulk(green and above) and Ravager(blue and above) shotguns which can puck quite a punch,the Nukem and Flakker (the well known glicth combo, but they are pretty decent on their own too),so I'd say its nowhere near the worst

Maliwan, oh boy, just to mention the more infamous toys they make: Pimpernel, Norfleet, Grog Nozzle, Hellfire, Chain Lightning, Magic Missile
