The same button as your Action Skill. By default it is bound to "F". If you have changed it, use whatever key you bound your Action Skill to.

That's a stupid question! just kidding :P ~~~ On default in the BL series it's your kb's "F" key same as your action skill though some players like to custom~bind it elsewhere due to "F"'s being next to "G" (for pitch grenade) ~ on ultra spaz mode people can easily mistake them & throw a nade when they meant to throw their action skill Have fun

That's why I use a Razer Orbweaver Chroma . I can have the thumb button bound to my action skill.

I see you can play the Necro card, but can you look in options to see what button to use?

Unless something has changed it's the same button which on controllers is left bumper (L1 if you are using PS controller)
