Infection Cleaner is very useful.
Hot Mama is fun to use.
World Burn is a sort of fire Nukem. Slow reload etc. Not impressed.

Infection Cleaner is likely the most useful of the three.

If you’re running Gunzerker the Infection Cleaner’s ammo regen isn’t really needed, but it’s still a solid weapon overall.

The Hot Mama has some disadvantages on the Gunzerker since you can’t ADS and it doesn’t have a spectacular firerate being bolt-action, but it still has great damage and the low sniper ammo isn’t an issue for Sal.

If your three other weapons are already competent at killing, I’d say keep the World Burn for second winds, but aside from that the WB isn’t that useful either. It’s a good gun don’t get me wrong, but it’s not really that great for mobbing due to ammo issues. I suppose you can do the Pimpernel-RL glitch with it tho.

Try out both the Hot Mama and Infection Cleane then pick which one you prefer

Infection cleaner is a buffed fire avenger. That mean it can also be used as a ammo-regenerating fire bouncing betty. Of the 3 it would definitely be my pick.
For snipers, amigo sincero is better IMO and it isnt a random loot, you can get it without farming.
Didnt get my hand on a world burn yet, but since it's basically a fire nukem, it's easily much more dangerous to you than to your ennmies... I'd say his utility is limited to going out of FFYL...
