Yes, you can play Planet Coaster in 3D in VR using the free Geo-11 3D Driver. I also used Virtual Desktop in order to view the SBS 3D render in VR. Game looked & ran great in 3D in VR.

However, it does have a major issue. Unfortunately, the mouse cursor is offset in VR, so it is very difficult to navigate in 3D in VR and makes the game almost unplayable unless you have a lot of patience. Still, you can create the rides in 2D and then just ride the amusement rides in 3D in VR later. The only other issue is that by default the scales were a bit off, meaning you feel like you're a tiny person riding the rides.

I hope the devs look at this video and decide that VR should be absolutely officially supported. There would be very little work that would need to be done to fix the VR experience.

VR Rating 7/10. Looks great, but you can't really use the UI / create rides in 3d in VR because the mouse is offset. Needs a 3D specific fix for the game in order to be perfect.

I love games where I can make creative torture devices.

Boring and has less content than old roller coaster tycoon games. Wish it was better but everything is pay gated behind DLC bundles and even those barely add any actual content to the game. Played in 2017 and 2024 and barely anything has changed. The devs moved on and took our money.
