someone a hand pls?

I'm currently missing 4 pieces of gear to finish the codex: 44, 85, 211 and 213 Loot seems mostly randomized (minus their tiers. You won't be getting VI tier items in Threepenny), and because I didn't feel like grinding probabilities, I decided to record a macro of me completing Challenge 1 of the Guinea League to platinum time and playing it back for three hours. Despite completing that level ~180 times in that session, I did not get any of the missing items in my codex. Annoyingly, I got 212 five times...

What the title says. I get a "failed to initialize player" dialog box. My system far exceeds all the stated requirements on the store page. I don't recall having a game fail like this since XP was a thing and you still had DVD and CD installations. Maybe I just blocked it out....

Defeat 50 enemies by pushing them into pits. I tried too many times and only got 6, how it is supposed to work?
