Thare are some "fragment of power" items that you can find, apparently they can drop from bosses and stuff and give you 10 feat points or so when used.
i warmly recommend to move to modded game, since you leveled on vanilla. mods hugely enhance experience.
age of calamitous;
kerozards paragon leveling(will get you to level 300, so you can unlock everything on one character);
improved quality of life;
fashionist;
pippi server management;
give yourself admin in sp and do not be afraid adjust all difficulty, timing, day/night cycle levels to get right feeling of game for YOU. pippi is amazing tool for single player and admins.
As said above in vanilla bosses in the Unnamed City and The Cellar also The Scorpian Queen drop fragments of power. They can also be found in small chests dotted around the Unnamed City. These fragments can then be used either as an item in some crafting recipes, traded for a random scroll from the Library Of Isoteric Artifacts[conanexiles.gamepedia.com] or you can use it to gain 10 feat points. One of the recipes from the library is a Tablet of Power which is made from 5 fragments and when consumed gives 60 feat points.

Tablet of power and tablet of knowledge is in the vanilla game. Look it up.
Tablet of Knowledge "is" in the vanilla ItemTable. However, it doesn't do anything. If it does something in your game (such as give you attribute points), it's because it's modded to.
It is with absolute certainty that I can say you CANNOT gain additional attribute points after level 60 in the vanilla game. The balance concerns alone should tell you that. Feel free to look in the dev kit yourself, or try it without a modded game.

I'm assuming you can make as many of them as you like. No mods.
Yes, Tablet of Power. Unlocks Feat points, which has been stated half a dozen times already, I'm not arguing that point.
I was talking about the Tablet of Knowledge(read my statement again), which you said is in the vanilla game, and it is . You said to look it up, so I assume(d) you believe it grants attribute points as well. Which, it doesn't.
To clarify, again, you can unlock all FEAT POINTS in the vanilla game. Not all ATTRIBUTE POINTS.
Yes if you are talking about feats.
I dont agree with the ones saying you cant.
You cannot have all attributes though but that is not what this thread is about, if you actually read the op: - you can however craft everything.
