Mod update is out. See change notes for details.

If you are having trouble getting the mod to update, please see this thread.

Opening Statement

First off, the work completed on this mod was done by the mod author, Kerozard. Unfortunately, Kerozard is no longer able to provide the time needed in order to keep the original mod updated. Thus, Kerozard kindly made their work available for us to use.

This mod comes as is, we have no plans to add any additional features to this mod. However, this mod will be maintained and updated to be compatible with the latest version of the game.

Communication Procedures

Steam has several limitations for managing communication between mod authors and the users of those mods. Our preferred method of communication has transitioned to Discord. While we will do our best to reply on Steam, Discord will be the ideal location for questions, feedback or suggestions, and general discussion revolving around our mods and Conan Exiles.

This highly customisable mod improves your long-term playing experience by increasing the level range up to level 300. Every level past level 60 grants additional attribute and feat points, allowing you to max all attributes and learn all feats once you reach level 300. Reaching level 300 is not meant to be easily reached with 1,131,329,000 total experience required. At level 300, you will have 300 extra feat points to spend.

The most unique feature about this leveling mod is that your character will also gain paragon buffs as your character continues to level. Every 10 levels starting at level 70, you will gain an increased chance of triggering one of the Paragon Bonuses.

Paragon Settings Window

To access the Paragon Settings, take a quick look at the images on this workshop page. Or, navigate to the "Stats" menu and locate the Paragon button.

Paragon Bonuses
  • Sturdy Materials

Starting at level 70 this paragon buff grants an increasing chance to avoid any durability loss whenever your items are being damaged.

  • Harvest Proficiency

From level 80 onward, you gain an increasing chance to receive bonus items from harvesting. Free loot!

  • Keen Eye

Once you reach level 90 you will have an increasing chance to hit an enemy critically and deal additional damage.

Customization Settings

The chance for a buff to activate and the strength of the effects can be configured by server administrators in the mod settings. This can be found under "Paragon" and "Settings."

FAQ
  1. Total Points Earned?

    EXP: 1,131,329,000

    Attributes: 1925

    Feats: 2000

  2. Can I safely unsub from the original mod and continue on with this one?

It should not break your current progress if you unsubscribe from the original mod and subscribe to the new one. You may want to use the Paragon Server Settings to reset everybody to their appropriate amounts when doing so, just to be safe.

  3. Legendary Chests Aren't Spawning

Either you are using an outdated mod (and there are many), or you are using the incorrect version of Paragon. Unsub from the original Paragon mod, and resub to this one.

  4. Do I need to use your Legendary Chests - Adjustable Level Requirement

No, in fact, don't use that mod at all. This mod comes with it's own setting that is adjustable in the Paragon Settings.

  5. Mod Load Order?

Leveling mods in general don't seem to play along with each other very well (in particular with overriding or changing AoC's leveling tables). But the best practice is to make sure you have the mods that alter leveling mechanics first in your load order, followed by the mods you do want (in this case Paragon) so that it loads last. Example:
    • AoC
    • Kerozard's Paragon Leveling
An Important Note About De-Leveling

Paragon Points will not reset properly if you de-level (as in, admin lower your character level or somebody elses character). To fix this, you have 2 options:
  1. Using Pippi, reset the character all the way down to level 59. Then level back up to your desired level. This will calculate the points correctly starting at level 61 for Paragon, while Pippi handles 1-60.

  2. Set your desired level in the vanilla admin panel (or Pippi also). Then use the Paragon Reset Buttons in the Paragon Admin Menu.

Note: In both instances, if you used Pippi leveling kits, or fragments of power, neither will be calculated into your level when you de-level. These will have to be manually added back in.

If need be, you may also use this link to the data tables for manual adjustment is here.[docs.google.com]

A Note on Age of Calamitous Compatibility

Paragon is not designed or created for Age of Calamitous. However, we are doing the best that we can to make the two compatible by staying educated in the way the two mods interact with each other. You may find a list of known issues and work arounds here when using the two mods together.

Update Policy

Conan Exiles, as with many other games with mod support, can sometimes suffer from when mod authors decide to no longer update or abandon their mods. Since April of 2018, I have maintained that I will always keep my mods updated and available, and I do take that responsibility seriously.

Along with that commitment, is my desire to grow and improve all my mods. Sometimes my vision differs from the players that use my mods, and sometimes changes are done because of player input. Inevitably, an update will eventually come for one of my mods whenever necessary, whether that is bug fixes, improvements, or new features. What is unexpected is the volume of negative comments that I receive with every update.

Here is my update policy. The world is a 24 hour world, and when I update a mod, it may not match when your server happens to restart. I cannot control that, everybody has different update schedules. Neither am I able to control when you receive a mismatch error, or have issues downloading the mod. Mod authors have NO CONTROL when issues between you, Steam, or your server occur. At the top of this workshop page is the most common troubleshooting steps I can suggest you try, but outside of that, I cannot provide any further support.

I am committed to making my mods the best that they can be. But I need you to also be on board with helping me achieve those goals, and to be flexible whenever a mod update is planned. Please keep this in mind when leaving feedback.

You are correct, Multigun. I constantly mix the two up. Keep up the good work.

You're thinking of EEWA. Head to their discord or workshop page for assistance.

Did I miss something? I thought once you got to level 300 you could reset to level 1 in exchange for a bunch of feat / attribute points. If that is the case, how do I do that?

Thank you Multigun

Okies, thank you very much for the responses, far better than others ive been around, it is deeply appreciated, especially in these times.

I am now a subscriber of the mod, feels like the best leveling mod out there to me ^-^
Multigun  [author] Jun 20 @ 11:10pm
Kero isn't coming back, no. And Testerle and I are both extremely swamped with a lot of other projects. The mod is complete as far as we are concerned.
Jojozityjo Jun 20 @ 11:04pm
Yep, I feel stupid lol
Forgive me, it's a lot to read for a dyslexic who's also trying to handle a bunch of other things cause it's been a day lol

Is the opening statement foreseeable forever though? Like kero has no signs of ever coming back to work on it more, or allowing you to work on it more if you wanted to?
Multigun  [author] Jun 20 @ 10:45pm
Refer to the "Opening Statement" on the workshop page.

Thanks for the suggestions, but this mod is in purely maintenance mode at this time.
