Is the tour of duty ticket one use only or it can be used more than twice?
I mean, do I have to get another after using one in a mannup?

Like all consumable items, a tour of duty tick is a single use item.

Well, they should've put "This item has limited uses. Uses: 1" like on keys or such

Quenquent is right, you can find this in the official MvM FAQ. But, anyway, your ticket is one use but only gets used when you successfully complete all the waves in a mission. shall you quit the server before winning, your ticket is waiting to get used on a victory.

I know this because I've gone all the way through Oil Spill, joining only servers whose games were not in progress.

yes if you use it in mann up AND you finish the level of the map you picked to play on then yes but if you quit during the middle or maby early when its starting you keep it but it only works on mann up not in boot camp
