Mvm Uber Bomb Deploying
Mvm uber is kinda op when you think about it. Not with the Mann side, but with Machines. They're able to deploy the bomb while ubered. Giants don't take knockback. Valve should remove this. Just like valve removes capping points while bonked, diguised, invis, ubered (in some cases).

there are a bajillion ways to prevent it, and that's excluding killing the medics themselves.

Seriously. Imagine a giant soldier with an uber medic that has the bomb and are near the hatch. they pop uber. soldier gets free win.

Why are they near the hatch in the first place? If your medic picker dies, just pop the uber and kill the bots 5 seconds later.

It's not OP, but I'd still be all for bots not being able to deploy the bomb while ubered or Bonk'd, just for consistency of game mechanics.

those same game mechanics where you can't even walk ontop of enemies in mvm or that bots have no melee hits between eachother
Imagine, for a moment, how stupid the game would be if robots couldn't deploy the bomb while invulnerable (assuming nothing else changed). I mean, at that point, why even bother having uber medics in the first place?

Also, the thing where giant robots can't be airblasted while deploying the bomb is 100% intentional.

The whole point of all of this is to make it so that you actually have to plan ahead and deal with things like uber medics before they get to the bomb hatch. The game becomes a lot less challenging (and less fun/rewarding) when you can just bail yourself out at little cost every time you screw up.

Uber and Bonk would be barely useful if robots couldn't deploy while under their effects.

Sniper Rifle
Soldier with enough damage
Scout with enough damage
Random crit on Third Degree

Also, you don't even need crits to kill them with stickies.

Or just plain pop them and then kill them 5s later when it runs out.
Just gonna repeat what everyone said : why not kill them before they reach the hatch ?
