Starfish is on the island with all the moveable rocks, just slide one to find it. And boat fixer is on an island next to the mermaid if I recall correctly, he might be hidden behind a boat or something.

Found it! It's in the island with a lot of tents. There's a folk sitting on a bench close to the sea and the seagull is on the bench. Just click on it repeatedly.

i'm missing the cannon fodder guy on beach 4 any help?

Doing this from memory (cannon fodder guy) so hopefully this describes it well enough:
You have to fire one of the cannons at the sunken ship (way right I think) one of them hits it then you click on what it hit and that is the guy.
