Can't change resolution?

Started playing this, and noted that my resolution is stuck on 2560x1440. I've tried to change it to match my monitor's resolution (3840x2160) through the in-game settings, but it immediately sets it back to 2560x1440 when the prompt to save the changed settings appears. Anyone have insight on this?

Try switching to windows mode or fullscreen and see if anything changes.
