Unlocking system
At the moment all classes are available to any person who whishes to play them as long as they get them first this causes low level new guys to be able to play saught after roles like sniper, rpg, and combat engineer without any prior experience including commander a new system in which players have to unlock classes would allow higher ranking, more experienced, players to be able to play classes that are few in number for example rather than having a level 5 player click on commander as fast as he can an above level 50 person could have it

There will be a upcoming update that will require a rank for sl and commander but I didn-t hear anything about the rest of the classes.

I've always thought a player should only be able to unlock those roles at a higher Lv. and take the games Tutorials.

lock it behind a lenghty tutorial that explains the commander role well. no point in a level cap, it'll just make having no commander even more common. SL's shouldn't be locked behind anything, it's a simple enough class and folks can just join a different squad if they don't like their current SL.

I have 10 hours-something in RS2 including the alpha playtime but I am telling you - ITS. THE SAME ♥♥♥♥. LIKE IN RO2. People are picking classes solely for the weapon and never use the class as intended. Nothing new. Same old RO2 bs, TWI never bothered to fix it. Also there's still no ready lobby or whatever before the match begins, so the players with the fastest PCs and/or SSDs get the "best" classes. Not the best, but most players are the grunts 99% of the time. I happened to be a machine gunner twice, I loved the class in RO2 now in RS2 I can barely try it. Never managed to try the marksman.

The race is still the same. In RO2 it was the race to get into the Axis team (Axis always win, I still remember the Spectator exploit which allowed un even teams even if the team balance was set to true, Ive seen matches with 28 axis against 7 allies and such lol), then its to get SL/TL/other class with SMG/semi auto. Now its literally the same - race to get into the US team (the US has the choppers and better weapons), then race to pick the classes with the better weapons/attachments/variants.

Making those classes locked behind level wall will make many players quit the game.

In RO2 every class and role is open to any level too.

High level players always want to think they're better at the game, but more often than not I'll have a commander or SL who mortars his own team or doesn't dig squad tunnel, ignores a commander's plea for marking targets, etc, and they're level 30+.
