The race is still the same. In RO2 it was the race to get into the Axis team (Axis always win, I still remember the Spectator exploit which allowed un even teams even if the team balance was set to true, Ive seen matches with 28 axis against 7 allies and such lol), then its to get SL/TL/other class with SMG/semi auto. Now its literally the same - race to get into the US team (the US has the choppers and better weapons), then race to pick the classes with the better weapons/attachments/variants.
Making those classes locked behind level wall will make many players quit the game.
They have the M16 and that's it.
High level players always want to think they're better at the game, but more often than not I'll have a commander or SL who mortars his own team or doesn't dig squad tunnel, ignores a commander's plea for marking targets, etc, and they're level 30+.
And the flamethrower.
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ flamethrowers...
And the M60 bro.
