Stuck on tutorial - rust removal

So I’m on the tutorial mission where they introduce the sand blasting. However I’m stuck on the rust removal. It keeps saying to make the repairs with the rust removal tool, but I can’t find any more rust. Is this a bug?

It might be, that the tutorial text does not switch when it should. I will check it this week, but try to just pick up the sand blaster and check if the game changes the tutorial task

Thanks. I'll play around and try whatever I can. I had already grabbed the sand blaster and sanded the entire tank, hoping it would move it along, but no such luck. I'll keep trying though. Thanks for the reply!

idk if you still have the problem, but what you have to do is buy replacement parts for the cases and canister that are on the track covers

Not all rusts are immediately visible Some may be hidden by other parts.

The "status display" box on the right middle is more accurate, and gives you a percentage of the different parts of the tank's repair. If you put your cursor on a particular item, it will tell you what percentage of each step you have completed. For example, if you have more rust removal to do, the percentage should be less than 99%. But you have to check each part separately.

Sometimes, you have to use the step-ladder and check the top hatches to see if there are parts up there you didn't do, and/or check the engine bay, suspension, and so on.

I have taken the entire tank apart and have yet to finish this tutorial because of this issue. I'd take my refund but I'm past steams BS return policy time limit.

Hey, we know that Steam does refund the game even if you pass the time limit, just need to create a ticket to support

About the bug, we've fixed the tutorial so many times and it still is faulty that I just think we should just replace it. I just dont have time to do that at all as Im working on next project so I can only help in the refund process
