Disgaea: Hour of Darkness on Playstation. Haven't touched Afternoon of Darkness on PSP/DS.
Just caught that. Too many things at once, not enough attention to detail. It's definitely PS2, not PS1. Maybe I need more sleep
It's a really good game to play while eating, being on a bus trip, or doing something other passive - you can just dip into an Item World dungeon and wreck stuff for 30 minutes, then end up with some sweet loot and a bunch of level-ups for the next time you're going to do something "serious" in the game (progress the plot, for instance).
