Why wont my mods work?

I was trying to play with a mod fast justification and a map mod, when i turn on the mods and open the game it opens vanila game and i dont know why, can someone help with this bug?

Are we talking about a mod you made yourself or mods you downloaded from the Workshop here?

Workshop mods, some work and some dont work for no reson idk why

C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\mod

delete everything in that folder

then go to:

:\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\394360

and delete everything in that folder as well. This will force steam to redownload all your mods

Ok once you've done that and Steam redownloaded your mods.

Start your launcher

scroll down to GAME
Clear Cache - click

Now scroll a bit down to
"Launcher Settings"
Opt out from personalized content ON
Recieve Beta versions of the Launcher OFF

Also try validating your steam files rightclick hoi4 in your steam library go to properties then local then validate game files and navigate to BETA and make sure beta participation is set to none there as well.

All this did was break the rest of my mods

I tried to clear cache and all, but instead, the launcher said "The mod is not present on the disk" but it actually still there when I checked it. I can't afford to delete and re-download it again since my internet pretty ♥♥♥♥ and took me a long time to collect all of them. It fkng sucks
