How can I play a game of version 1.13? 3?

I stopped playing hearts a few years ago, but when I come back it's in the new version (1.13.4)

my question is. How can I go back to that version or what do I have to do to play my game?

1.13.3 - you can't. Anticipating another question - beta codes no longer exists, for game version past 1.5.4.

you stopped playing "a few years ago", but want to play on version 1.13.3? a patch from a month back? minor patches don't kill saved games anyway so playing on 1.13.5 should be fine

It was a few months ago at most, but I didn't mention that it is a game with a mod, road to 56. I guess it's because the mod is not updated

Mod also should work fine.

It's a minor patch, so just try running it with that mod, and it should work. The problem with game versions is when you have a huge jump like from 1.12 to 1.13. However, you aren't entirely wrong that some minor patchs can make a difference. Like if you had a mod on 1.13.1 to a future version like 1.13.11, then that'd be a concern.
