deployment location red areas

how can i deploy units to red areas that annexed? i have small green areas and taking long time to send armies to other side.

Yean, I have same question too. If I play Japan, I cant recruit&deploy new unit at Iwo Jima. So I have to transport all my units from mainland to Iwo Jima before the invasion on Philipine. Which cost a lot of convoy/cargo ship, any suggestion?

You can only deploy units to core provinces connected to your mainland (Captial)

It will not/cannot change at any point unless both these requirements are met.

I'm playing as Spain and I just finished my civil war however I can no longer deploy troops anywhere in the world, my entire home country is red. :(

You can only put troops in territory that is finally yours for real after the peace treaty. So for Germany troops in France... only after peace deal with conquest of France.

if you are playing spain and its all red that is a bug. you can only spawn them in on core states or on land connected to your capital once it is yours (so you cannot spawn them on occupied land)

Once a country has capitulated and peace conference has happened then you own the land and can deploy there and there wont be resistance. Eg if you attack france there is no peace conference till you kill UK.

It could also be about realistic requirements, like as USA you can't deploy troops in Alaska, probably because its too cold and wouldn't be a good place deploy troops
