Only Singapore has that much rubber. The surrounding regions are much more normal amounts though there is one with 70 and one with 94. Quite simply as Germany you really need Japan to seize those rubber sources so get them on side. But seriously this is what won the Allies the war and, while they may be some balancing tweaks, I think overall the feel is right. Synthetic refining was developed leading up to the war as an augment and stop-gap measure. It should not be able to compete with controlling the world's rubber source during the 30s and 40s.
@ Mansen I know it mate, but as an Axis member u cant even buy rubber anywhere if ♥♥♥♥ did not take those rich islands which happends very rarely as i saw.
Then you'll just have to open up the Pacific Theatre yourself and go conquer those colonies!
