sell older stockpiled weapons?

Is there a way to get rid of my old stockpiled equipment (obselete weapons, tanks, planes)?
i really dont like it when there is alot of stuff in there i will never use again.

there is a really big chanse you will use it again. if you run out of your main type of equipment your troops will start using the old stuff. I don't think you can sell it or get rid of it in any way

Any group, REALLY, that wants to impose it's will upon an area. Dictators are not exclusive to fascists.

You actually can trash equipment from your stockpile. This can be done by going to the Logistics tab, clicking on the type of equipment and then there should be a trash can next to each iteration (e.g. modified tanks etc) of this type.

you can trash your old weapons, i routinely do, on the logistics tab select item and it shows all the versions of that equipment, just delete that which you dont want

i just land lease it to allies or puppets or my "coop friend" as i frequently play with 1-2 friends

and 1 friend i play with is not very good and he is happy with "any freebies"

Use old equipment for garrison units. If you have enough mils to spare, even having 2 or 3 on Basic Equipment is not a bad idea. Or send them to puppets

Thanks for necro'ing the thread everyone, there is this one specific scenario i sometimes come across. (could be just mods that cause this 99% sure it is)
Sometimes after a few wars you simply have equipment that gets counted in the stockpile tab, but cant be deleted, cuz it is not listed? Probably just bad lines of code in modded games i guess?

I'm not sure if retrofitting arms is base game content or not but that would be the most practical use of excess outdated equipment; modernizing it will cost less in resources and industrial capacity, which can be exceptionally useful when you have severely outdated equipment that lost it's place on the battlefield.
