Is there a way to make the recruitable population grow faster than the overall population?
I am not asking for more manpower. Under the current game mechanics, the growth rate of recruitable population and overall (civilian) population are both the same, 1.5% yearly. That means you cannot fully fill the recruitable population capacity once you lose some manpower in combat, even after a very long period of peace.

Any related mod? All i could find in the workshop are about more manpower or higher manpower growth. And I read the define file, the game dev only defined one variable for both recruitalbe and overall population growth.

POPULATION_YEARLY_GROWTH_BASE = 0.015,
-- basic population growth per year, used for monthly manpower gain

have to do something to overcome my OCD >"<
the only way to have recruitable pop be more than civie pop is to have 100% recruitable and a passive manpower trickle, or a sizable recruitable, like 90%, and a large passive manpower trickle for a long time

either way it's not happening in vanilla

you could also saybe france, and put every man in the army you can, loose none of them as germany eats you, then as you are stuck in the colonies, disband them all, and then have the manpower return to the pool, thus being greater than the current total civvie pop

i wasnt asking for the pool of recruitable being lager than civilian. I just want the Growth % of recruitable faster than civilian (they are both 1.5% yearly).

yeah, it can be, but in vanilla hoi 4 , the only way to do it is with a passive manpower trickle

very few countries get such a buff, i thnk the female leader of the ottomans gets like 1000 manpower weekly for a year or so, but that's the only way
the recruitable population doesn't really "grow" reather it increases as the civilian pop increases, because it's based on civilian numbers, you're drafting the civies based on a percentage of them, so as they grown in number so does the ammount you can draft

they aren't seperate, they are intertwinned, the only way for 1 to go up faster is from a passive trickle from a special buff

Effectively, this.
Mods are the way to go. Population is an important part of vanilla balancing.

There are options like, IIRC, Road to 56 adding a two continuous focuses to either add a small monthly population growth bonus or one that costs an extra 1pp per day to greatly increase monthly population growth.

It's also featured in e.g Kaiserreich's post-war CSA rebuilding. (Pretty sure every post-2ACW USA gets something like it.) Various social programs and related focuses passively increase the monthly population.
