Cruiser Submarine?
While playing france i notice i have a Cruiser submarine design , and i switch over to england i there is no such submarine, is it a france only unique submarine?

You get it from national focus, I believe 1940 submarine hull is superior however. in both range, visibility and slots. not sure. would have to check which is difficult when you don't own the design :P

Oh yeah forget to mention germany, and usa can get it too as far as I know.

But the cruiser submarine can fit scout planes on it, won't it make it a effective stealth scout? for patrol mission

Yep Germany build 2 of them (called Typ I) as Prototypes. Japan build about 40 to 50 if I remember that correctly. All other Nations had planes for them, but never build one as far as I know.

That I play historicaly Germany will get the 2 Prototypes and Japan her Cruiser-Subs too.
