Yes. Apparently feedback gaming discovered that if you switch to Fascism after picking popular front you can avoid it. Dunno if it fixed or what but meh i heard it

Maybe Danny "fixed" this. They often "fix" things that don't need fixing and ignore major bugs like the brain dead AI.

When you finish it, get the fascist demogogue and DO NOT choose another focus as focuses take 1pp/day. When the election event comes up, select the popular front, not Franco. Note: The Civil War often pops up before you have enough pp to hold a referendum so you'll have to keep reloading and cross your fingers. I've found that the Civil War breaks out about 7 times out of 10 when doing this.
