There was civil war in Japan and war between Japan and China never started. China was overruled by communism.
Various factions and alliances were built in Europe - France started Etente with Romania Czechs and Yougoslavia, Poland made baltic one and Italy formed its own.
Germany started civili war (fascists won though) and was later defeated by Polish and France ally.
Soviets started civil war as well.
WW2 literaly never triggered in full scale.
They turned neutral. Shogunate;
Also rarely communist France, Russian Civil war (which gets stomped)
If you play unhistorical (turn out the historical Focuses) the AI have choises and history could change.
But I like to play historical so I let the hook on.
Guess what: even after 10 reloads Japan goes left instead of right, whilst before as Germany the went neutral 4 times in a row
Nearly seems like the AI is biased against the player
