I need help on flag changing event

I am making this mod and I need help.There is a certain event which changes the name and flag of the country but I don't know how

There is no way to change a nation's name and/or flag without changing the country's government, as those are fully dependent on the ideology.
This might be different with cosmetic tags added with the torch update, so you could possibly use those to do something like this, but I am not informed of any ways so I can't tell.

You need to add a cosmetic tag in the focus tree file (set_cosmetic_tag: <name of tag>) and add the name of the country in the localisation file as follows (<tag [this should be the cosmetic tag you've set]>_<ideology>:0 <name of country>). I took ages finding this out for myself by digging through the game files to get my "Improved Commonwealth Flags" mod working. By all means download it, extract it and see how I did it if you want (obviously, please refrain from plagiarism).

hey this is really good but it doesn't go (the tag) at the beginning of the game could you help
