Why aren't Bhutan, Nepal and Oman British puppets?
Given than they were historically.

Maybe the develper missed that part of history,i did not know that bhutan,nepal and oman use to be britsh puppets.

Yes they were but then realistically the whole subcontinent is a mess. There were 300+ semi independent puppet states of Britain in the region ranging from size of as small as "I have 20 villages" to as big as France like Hyderabad, it's kinda hard to model that in this game.
