Xenon station at 0% hull?

I am at the Terran mission where the fleet commander is supposed to invade at destroy the Yaki base along with the Amplifier Station, but he seems to be stuck in the matrix sector at a xenon wharf which is at 0% hull for a long while now.

What can I do to advance the mission?

Could be a module in construction somewhere, they spawn in hard to see/invisible depending on what stage of construction its at. It could also be a tiny module with little hp vs the rest of the station. If you're oos then you just have to wait, if you're i.s. then look around see if you can spot whats going on.

I'm OOS, and have been for a few hours now. The station has yet to be destroyed. Is it bugged?

I managed to fix it by sending in a support fleet. I guess the Asgard's weaponry just wasn't enough.
