Towards Distant Shores choices?
So I reached the point in the Towards Distant Shores quest where I need to decide if I'm going to turn the Yaki ship into the Terran SS or the Boron back on the PHQ. Is there any difference between them?

Not sure. The boron one failed for me even though I brought the ship to the PHQ. and didn't siwitch to a differnt ship. (looked as if the ship was considered destroyed?)
