I like to build in Heretic's End. Good, empty space I can claim for myself, although gas miners have to travel a bit farther. Of course, with the Split DLC it's now connected to Xenon space, which represents a new challenge...
I see, you're counting different zones as the same sector. I wasn't, which is why I didn't count Grand Exchange; none of its single zones has everything and my miners always spread between I and III.
I didn't even know there were any resources in Pontifex's Claim at all. I've never seen them. Seriously, it has silicon, ore, AND all three gases? If so, it needs a nerf. I don't think any one zone/sector should have everything.
Black Hole Sun doesn't seem very rich. Even if it does kinda have all of them, I'm not sure I'd count on it for a base.
And yes black hole sun as well, because while it may not be abundant, all six major resources can be found between the two zones (methane to the south of the second zone).
And I think pontifex's claim had all the resources as well, though I haven't double checked. But there is a fairly large cloud of both solids and gasses immediately north of the main highway curve there, and I think several scattered pockets around the sector as well.
Huh, ok. I didn't think there any that really had ALL of them.
Eighteen Billion used to have all resources, but with 5.0 and Tides of Avarice, Ice was removed in all adjacent sectors to Windfall sectors, including EB.
Probably done to harass players to buy and play nice with the Vigor Syndicate. Only at +20 with them, you are allowed to mine Ice in the DLC sectors.
