^^ This...
The man did more good in his lifetime than anything his technology was used for in the war... In the end.. he was a scientist and his works benefited mankind.
Without him.. there would be no ISS, GPS, Mars Missions, Moon Landing, Communication sats...
He deseverves a foodnote in history, as all his work after the 3rd reich can be seen as compensation rather then private acheafment.
And yes I´m a german so get rid of this abomination or at least write down the number of victims wo perished during him developing the V1 and 2
Werd erwachsen junge
While Wernher von Braun was a member of the SS and did develop the V-2 rocket, the technology developed there is largely responsible for getting the human to Space. He developed the rocket that launched the USA's first statellite, and chief architect of the Saturn V launch vehicle that got the Apollo spacecraft to the moon.
We can honor his contributions to space exploration, while also condemning things done while he worked on Nazi Germany. But ignoring him would be doing a disservice to the history of Space Exploration.
edit: spelling.
Hiding the name behind the invention is nothing more than forgetting.
What you desire is the polar opposite; expose them to the people and don't forget, remember who he was and what he did.
Least we can avoid to repeat history.
The typical german, afraid of his countries own history. Thats one of those reasons why maniacs like merkel and her moral slaves can do whatever they want..........
If you want to subdue a modern german, just pretend "he said nazi things" his mouth will be shut forever........ even if you a-s-s-r-a-p-e his friend shortly after that
i am ashamed... to have such mindless slaves in my country......
The game does not do that though. It merely glorifies this individual as an supposedly inspiring role-model.
Adolf Hitler was responsible for a lot of more advancements in technology, I don't see the game honoring him though - for obvious reasons that cannot be justified.
Oh no here come the SJW.........
