It has been a while since we have heard anything going on with this project, so I am just checking in to see if things are still progressing. So... How are things?

I managed to get to (what I assume is) the jammer, but while fighting it (specifically, during the enemy waves to charge the pillar things after you insert the purple capsule into the thing in the floor, I died (hitboxes on the boss' lightning cannon are... strange. I ran to a spot that it fired at over a second after the visuals for the lightning disappeared, and took massive damage, leaving me one hit from death with no health packs). Keyboard controls seem to be "interrupted". For example if I press "D" or "A" it runs, but as if I repeatedly press the button, not like I hold it. And after I jump it starts to act normally. When I release buttons I have to do the same sequence again. I noticed that it starts to happen after a short period of time after I start game. I haven't played the game for a while, but before the recent updates there were no issues like this. I'm on Ubuntu 18.04....

I want to try to emulate the look of this game. Anytime I work on a project, the resolutions and sizes are usually a really difficult thing for me to figure out. How big is Atai's sprite, how big are the environment sprites, the size of the GUI sprites, what resolution is the game? I spend a lot of time testing trying to figure this all out, but it's never good looking....
