Can't build above the ocean....

"Can't build above the ocean" is super annoying. I can see this even though I wasn't trying to build above the ocean. Every time I made a hole on the beach, I cannot fill that hole again. And it looks terrible. I was trying to cover up with other item like mortared stone, and it wasn't allow it neither. I'm not sure the Dev will fix this or not, but I really wish they fix it.

You can change this option. If you play solo you find it in the difficulty.eco in the folder:
[YOURSTEAMFOLDER]\steamapps\common\Eco\Eco_Data\Server\Configs

at this line:
"AllowDeepOceanBuilding": false,

change it in
"AllowDeepOceanBuilding": true,
