New world layers
Is it possible to generate the world layers on a server new? Like new Oilfield layers?

We got a /regenlayer command, but that only works when the layer was there at the beginning. Missing layers cannot be restored without manual intervention by a dev.

This posting is some years old therefore my question, maybe there is a change with new version.
At our Server eco 10 is flax missing. Is it possible to generate plant or seed?

No, you will need to spawn seeds or plants in via /give or /spawnplant. Make sure your WorldGenerator.eco was updated from the template as well, that is necessary to do on every update.
