im just saying,... when I think dangerous or threatening, I dont think of the individual encounter itself. That can be prepared for and executed in such a way that its not
threatening in the least bit. So when I think threatening in the fallout universe, I think of all the missed opportunities in fleshing out these encounters. Making them REALLY something to stop and think about.
