As for Wannamingos, they were never aliens, they were just refered to as that because people thought they were alien because of their unique appearence.
MCA - Mister Chris Avellone, lead producer or somesuch on F2. And Black Isle was just the name of Interplay's inhouse RPG studio. It never existed as a seperate entity in any form. Much like Bethesda is, was and always has been part of Zenimax Media.
And actually, Bethesda was once independent, but they got into financial trouble, and Zenimax bought them out.
Thats like saying I didn't type this post, my fingers typed this. Interplay created Black Isle, it was even I think based out of the same offices - It was just a name for a part of the whole.
Apparently not. At least not exactly. Bethesda was formed by Christopher Weaver in 1986, he then went on to form Zenimax Media in 1999 (With a lawyer who's married to Wonder Woman, Lynda Carter).
