fairline hill estates
this place looks like one to settle, has crafting stations, but i cant find a workbench at all, is there even one, is it buged, am i nuts?

I agree, it looks like it should be editable/settleable, but it doesn't seem to be. Perhaps it's just a reference to Tranquility Lane?

I really wish it could be settled. I would probably change my primary to there...

Preston Garvey says that it once used to be a settlement, but the settlers mysteriously dissapeared.

There's also a lot of Yao Guai roaming about, so the absense of settlers either has to do with the Yao Guai or the errie resemblance to Tranquility Lane.

not settlement, there is a dog in a cage nearby go rescue it.
