Assaultrons are really overpowered

at least deathclaws are melee only, and for a reason.
Assaultrons = dragonball Z
Extreme melee damage, perma melee stagger, and ultra kamehameha, oh and if you dodge it, it will follow you. Oneshot. Reload. lol

I'm playing on Very Hard btw. Out of all ennemies this one is the most lame.

Make your own robot. Give it a Gatling laser and a rocket launcher and an Assaultron head laser. It's the same thing, only now it shoots at your enemies.

They're dominators, because that's what the game calls them, though dominatrix would be more appropriate. Clearly there needs to be a mod rectifying this critical oversight.

This is a very game critical "bug" that I think needs addressing. Perhaps they'll even throw in a leather chaps and high heels addition to it for extra immersion. :)

Thanks to automatron, they can serve you as defenders, add some healing mod for robots and you can smack that clown on the head every time he says that someone needs your help. They don't.

And if you really want to go overboard and your rig can handle it, war of the commonwealth is the best mod if you don't have anything to shoot at.

Solution. Build your own assaultron with the headlaser. Fight fire with fire. Player built assaultrons are more powerful then npc assaultrons.

Funfact, in vanilla a deathclaw will consistently kill a regular assaultron 1 on 1.
