Thanks, "bMaximizeWindow=1" actually solved my problem with window not being fully maximized in borderless mode.
But I wouldn't use "bTopMostWindow=1" as it doesn't let me tab between windows :)

ok, thx, bTopMostWindow hasn't bothered me because of my second monitor, btw. iLocation X=0 iLocation Y=0 is useful if fallout is suddenly starting on the second monitor
