Rainbow Textures

Anyone else seeing multi-colored textures when the game loads LOD textures? Seems to be the mid-point from a far texture to something that is near the PC, everything is covered in a colored patterned. Like a tie-dye rainbow...

i had this problem on shadow of mordor. i think i had to turn something down off ultra to high get it to stop (maybe ambient occlusion or shadows). sounds like the exact same thing you have.

also try and turn vertical sync to adaptive in nvidia control panel.

I had some wierd effects when it was raining with flashing colors and turned off the wet screen option and it stopped.

That looks like something my computer used to do when the video card was overheating, check your card temp if you can, there are free utilities out there that will give you constant updates on video card temps, try running the game with it and see if your card peaks above whatever the danger level is for your card.

My temps rearely even go above 60. Even disabling the overclock same thing. I do get a strange spike of lag right before it happens.

I have the same problem. I've got a 1gb graphic card, but it only gets around 70 celsius. This happens kind of random to me, sometimes often, sometimes rarely. I have almost everything on as low as possible.

I had this glitch too. All the trees look like the rainbow textures there on the gun, for me luckily reloading my savegame solved it. Haven't seen it again since.

My game was fine with no issues. Even with a texture pack from nexus, then the update and things started looking like some of these screenshots.

I had ground issues like Mr. Mittens, and Preston's hand looked like Mister Maow's laser rifle. I've since removed the texture pack, and verified game cache an well the problem has calm down a bit, it is still happening.

Really need a fix for this soon. I miss my nicer textures.

I haven't had the rainbow issues, but I do keep getting this weird red laser thing that begins between my characters feet and goes out to the right to infinity. Didn't start till the 1.3 patch, I have a 4g graphic card, don't think that's the problem. It just randomly appears and disappears.
