Report a translation problem
This is a problem since Fallout 3. And it's very unfortunate that we can't even use the numeric pad now... especially since the config .txt file is hardcoded.
I really don't want to play the game with a controller...
However, KbdEdit (http://www.kbdedit.com) supposably can edit the numeric pad too, but it costs almost as much as Fallout 4 itself x.x
You can work around it quite nicely using autohotkey
Fyi the keyboards have different profiles that you can set up per game, so everyday typing wont be jacked up with your creative keybinding.
