You do realize that the majority of Valt-tec employees were just as clueless as the civies they signed up for the vaults.
It was really just the upper echilon of the company that knew the whole deal as it were.
The fact that people might indeed already know about Vault Tec guy? Just like how the mere fact that any threads show up when you search for said term reveals the same.
