You got the Minuteman Duster.
GM Pax Dec 5, 2015 @ 11:42pm
I'd settle for a paintjob I could put on some Combat Armor. :)
combat armor already belonged to the former U.S. government

And your point is?

I know who cmbat armor belonged to two hundred and ten years ago. None of the BoS stuff is originally theirs, either - including all those Combat Armor chestplates with the BoS logo on them, let alone the Power Armor.
yes but i think itd be better suited that since the group is called the minutemen they should have armor that looks like Revolutionary war troops from 1776

Er. Except really, the Continental Army didn't much have a set, codified uniform. "Blue coat" was about it, for most of them. And the historical Minutemen? No uniform at all; they were a civilian militia. They dressed like farmers and innkeeps and stblehands, because ... they were those things :).

just put ballistic weave in the duster and there you go. :cgrazz:

Then steal a hat.

And only use a laser musket...........wow can't belive I actually just said that.

Already is one on the Nexus - in Minuteman Blue and Gray.

...so wait, the Minutemen General's Uniform doesn't count as special faction armor?

Did I miss something?

Cool - is it a replacer, like many of those are? Or a complete standalone? :)

The minuteman outfit is sick. It's compatible with Ballistic Weave, so with Armorer maxed you can put DR 100 ER 100 on it.

...and you can put all five types of armor pieces on it.

Don't forget those sweet PER and AGI bonuses.

Too bad the MM won't upgrade their armor by default. RR agents get their armor to MK.V.

At the finale with MM, I got two minutemen wearing rags and slick hats...

If anything the Minutemen are too close to their roots. Ready to defend the people at a moment's notice...which means grabbing your gun and running off...not suiting up in your armor first.
