Vault 114: "This door requires a key" ?

I am in Vault 114, and there is a door that requires a key to enter on the lower floor in the rear hallway past the shower rooms.

I've looked, but can not find a key that opens this door. None of the perps in the vault had it, nor did the overseer. I checked Valentine, and he didn't have a key either.

Any help is great!
