Vault Jumpsuit, worth keeping for story interactions?
Is it worth keeping the vault suit equipped for any interesting reactions? So far the only reactions I got were from the Diamond City guards and Vault 81 residents.

If you consider sparse, random comments from nameless NPCs "story interactions" then there are a few different places that remark on it. Still not worth much imo.

Well, Piper call you "Blue" because of this suit.

Oh LOL! Now I get it... I thought that was like because of my blue balls because she kept refusing my propositions..... Haha I've kept it for 45 hrs because nothing else is better for under the over-armour.... it is upgradeable and over-armours are better than single piece sets... even the leather jackets and stuff remove some of the over-armour reducing your overall stats.

Just from memory, and I could b wrong, it also has 10 electricity and radiation resistance.

People still call you blue boy/other slang for vault dwellers even though you are not wearing the suit and they have probably never even seen you before.
beside any story effects (dont found any yet...), the vault suit provides a good radiation protection and can be upgraded easy...so its a good choice before getting the chemical suit.

Shame that the Vault suit can't be upgraded with Ballistic Weave.

I guess people already read newpapper before your met, but unsure about it, only I able to find out is that first time talking to piper when in quest called story of the century so far, but there is time I don't wear and she seem to know it somehow.

Aside from the newspaper article, there's also the fact that you wear a Pip Boy on your arm, which I guess is a Vault Dweller type of thing to do.

Yep pipboy gives it away.
It has some pretty good protection against rads and energy/electricity,and even more when it's upgraded.
Also people don't mind if you're running in your undies. In Arcanum (and probably in other games also) people didn't like you running around in undies.
