Baby steps....they fix ♥♥♥♥ in baby steps.
Hey, at least they finally improved the weather systems...
It is just scripted behavior.
Just like any other game.
I will note in this version of the game engine the duck and cover scripting is actually pretty good.
They hide behind things .
But in other aspects the script responses are just as bad as prior games using the same
base engine. That said, good enough. Keeps me amused.
Yeah, there are some annoying things with NPC pathing BUT, I much prefer Bethesda's "NPCs actually lead lives" approach where every NPC has a cycle, performs different tasks during different times of the day, etc. I thought the days of thoughtless NPC mannequins that just kind of stand there forever repeating the same task had gone by after the release of Skyrim. But no, there are still AAAs coming out with those annoying filler drones.
i feel like battles would actually take effort whenever i'm taking on 10x the enemies
Why the AI, when you're moving crouched, likes to move in front of you and stop dead... is a puzzler, especially dog meat.
i love you for that
