they all love it when you steal,ask for more money for a job, do sarcasm or mean comments.

For a neutral evil, I'd say Cait in the Combat Zone. She likes lockpicking, extortion, getting into fights, chems, alcohol, though for some reason likes helping the brotherhood (yet dislikes you joining them).

I think Maccready stills dislikes you being a prick to children and certain stuff. He struck me as more neutral.

Strong definitely. He loves killing. He admires you for killing a lot. You'll have the perk in no time. "Strong and Human friends forever. You like brother to Strong. You great fighter Strong follow you always." He also likes it when you accept little missions to attack enemies that threaten settlements because he knows there is going to be more killing. He does not like lockpicking: no fiddling, just smash. And walking. He'll disappear when exploring but spawn in when enemies turn up.
And he is a cannibal. "Human hungry? Strong has meat to share." Yeah, he's my BFF.

that mod wont work for me for some reason. and it changed dogmeats name to chiang or something.
